PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The inside of the permanent magnet iron remover adopts the special permanent magnet "NdFeB" with high coercivity and high remanence to form a composite magnetic system. It is suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, electromagnetic vibrating feeders, flat iron removers, and unloading chute. Remove 0.1 to 35 kg of ferromagnetic substances, and the internal permanent magnetic system has a service life of more than 10 years. When the permanent magnet adsorbs more ferromagnetic objects, it can be removed manually with a non-magnetic scraper or with gloves, which is suitable for continuous work and occasions with less iron.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

When the granular material passes directly under the permanent magnet self-unloading iron remover, about 0.1-0.36 kg of ferromagnetic impurities mixed in the material will be sucked up. When the magnetic material passes through the non-magnetic area, it will be scraped out by the iron parts on the belt and thrown into the iron collecting box, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous automatic iron removal.
