PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The complex crusher is a kind of fine crushing equipment with large crushing ratio. It has no screening grate in the crushing cavity.The particle size of the material can be adjusted arbitrarily, and is not affected by the wear of the plate hammer and the lining plate. Without the screen grate, it is not easy to block when the material has high moisture and mud rate; the elastic adjustment mechanism can be used to automatically discharge the unbreakable material. It will not cause equipment damage; the bearing is horizontally arranged and has a long service life, which can crush materials with high temperature (such as cement clinker).

WORKING PRINCIPLE

After the material fall into the crushing chamber, firstly will be thrown towards the reaction liner by feed tray at high speed, then fall into the space between the hammerhead and reaction liner.
