THE PRODUCTION LINE PROCESS

① The raw materials enter the 50m³ Hopper by truck or loader.

② The material in the hopper is evenly conveyed to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder.

③ The jaw crusher crushes the raw materials below 380mm to about 35mm, then the material transport by the belt conveyor to the

transfer bulk.

④ The mixed material of 0-35mm in the transfer bulk is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the spring cone crusher,then the material will

be crushed to less than 20 mm.

⑤ Then 0-20mm mixture material is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor.

⑥ Then materials are screened by vibrating screen into different finished product sizes required by customers.
