1. The raw limestone enters the 80 m³ rice silo by truck or loader.

2. The vibrating feeder evenly transports the raw materials in the Hopper to the jaw crusher

3. The jaw crusher crushes the raw materials below 800mm to about 100mm, and transported by the belt conveyor to the single impact crusher.

4. The impact crusher crushes the material to 0-40mm mixed material, the belt conveyor transports the mixed material to the vibrating screen, and the mixed stone will be separated into three types of finished stone through the vibrating screen

5. The under screen is transported to the transfer silo by the belt conveyor, and the transfer material is transported to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor.6. The material larger than 30mm returns to the impact crusher, and is repeatedly crushed to meet the requirements of the finished product.

6.The material discharged from the sand making machine is transported to the trommel by the bucket elevator. After screening, the finished material is transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor, and the returned material is transported by the belt conveyor to the transfer silo for secondary sand making.
