1. Raw material basalt are fed into 50m³ rice silo by truck or loader.

2. The vibrating feeder evenly transports the raw materials in the silo to the jaw crusher

3. The jaw crusher crushes the raw materials below 500-800mm to about 80-140mm, and is transported to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor.

4. The impact crusher crushes the material to 20-100mm mixed material, which is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor.

5. The materials that meet the requirements are screened by the vibrating screen and conveyed to the impact sand making machine by the belt conveyor.

6. The impact sand making machine crushes the material to 0-30 mixed material and transports it to the vibrating screen, divides the mixed stone into three specifications of finished stone through the screen aperture, and transports it to their respective finished product piles.

7. The wheel bucket sand washing and fine sand recovery integrated machine collects and cleans the materials, and finally transports them to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor.
