1. Raw basalt is fed into a 50m³ rice silo by truck or loader.

2. The vibrating feeder evenly transports the raw materials in the silo to the jaw crusher

3. The jaw crusher crushes the raw materials below 500-800mm to about 80-140mm, and is transported by the belt conveyor to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.

4. The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher crushes the material to 20-100mm mixed material, which is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor.

5. The vibrating screen screens the mixed materials that meet the requirements and transports them to the vibrating screen. The mixed stones are divided into three types of finished stones by the aperture of the screen, and are transported to their respective finished product piles.
