4. The impact crusher crushes the material to 16-64mm mixture, which is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor.

5. The 0-5mm materials that meet the requirements are screened by the vibrating screen and transported to the wheel bucket sand washing and fine sand recovery machine. The cleaned materials will be transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor. At the same time, the materials that do not meet the requirements are conveyed by the belt conveyor to the silo above the fine crusher after they are discharged from the vibrating screen.

6. The material in the hopper of the fine crusher evenly falls into the feed port of the fine crusher, the fine crusher crushes the material to 0-5mm, the finished product is transported by the conveyor to the vibrating screen, and the vibrating screen screens the materials that meet the requirements and enters the wheel bucket for sand washing. The integrated sand recovery machine cleans the material, and the material is finally transported to the finished product pile.
