1. The raw materials are fed into the 50m³ rice silo by truck or loader.

2. The vibrating feeder evenly transports the raw materials in the silo to the jaw crusher

3. The jaw crusher crushes the raw materials below 500-800mm to about 100-300mm, and is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor.

4. The vibrating screen transports the materials that meet the requirements to the sand washing and fine sand recycling machine. After the materials are cleaned, they are transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor. The materials that do not meet the requirements are transported to the multi-cylinder cone crusher by the belt conveyor.

5. The multi-cylinder cone crusher crushes the material to a 6-38mm mixture, which is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor. The main function of the cone crusher is to shape the finished product, which is mostly polygonal and three-dimensional, reducing needle-shaped and sheet-shaped proportion, improve the finished product specifications.

6. The vibrating screen screens the materials into five kinds of materials, and the materials that meet the requirements of 0-5mm are transported by the conveyor to the sand washing and fine sand recovery integrated machine, and the materials are cleaned by the wheel sand washing machine and recovered by the recycling machine. After completion, the conveyor will transport the finished material to the finished product stack. 5-10mm, 10-15mm, 15-20mm materials are also directly sent to the finished product pile by the conveyor. The bulk materials that do not meet the requirements are screened out by the vibrating screen and conveyed by the conveyor to the impact sand making machine.

7. After crushing the material by the impact sand making machine, the mixed material is transported to the vibrating screen, and the material is screened again. The 0-5mm material enters the sand washing and fine sand recovery integrated machine for collection and cleaning. Non-compliant materials will be returned to the sand making machine again.
