1. The raw material is dumped into the hopper by a truck or loader and fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.

2. The coarse crushed material is conveyed to the secondary crusher (according to the material hardness and output size requirements), which is available as impact crusher, multi-cylinder cone crusher and DP single cylinder cone crusher.

3. The final crushed material enters the vibrating screen and is graded according to different particle size ranges. The final qualified product is sold as stockpiles or used for road construction, unqualified material will be transported back to the stone crushing plant for re-crushing.

4. The customer can classify the final product according to different size ranges.
