THE PRODUCTION LINE PROCESS

① The raw pebble is sent to the vibrating feeder by truck or loader or dump truck.

② The vibrating feeder evenly conveys the raw materials to the impact crusher.

③ The impact crusher crushes the raw materials below 900mm to below 100mm, and is transported by the discharge belt conveyor to

the peripheral long belt conveyor, and then transported to the vibrating screen.

④ 0-10mm finished product, 10-20mm finished product and 20-31.5mm finished product are conveyed by belt conveyor to three finished

product piles after sieving by vibrating screen.

⑤ Materials larger than 31.5mm are sent to the vibrating feeder by the return belt, and then conveyed to the crusher for crushing again. crusher machine (2).png
