1. Raw material river pebbles are fed into 50m³ rice silo by truck or loader.

2. The vibrating feeder evenly transports the raw materials in the silo to the jaw crusher, the jaw crusher crushes the raw materials below 200mm to 50mm, and the belt conveyor conveys the materials with the finished product at 5-10mm

3. After the 10-20mm material is screened by a vibrating screen, it is washed by a spiral sand washer to remove soil, impurities and moisture. The larger material is crushed by the cone crusher, and the third 20-30mm finished material is screened by the vibrating screen.

4. The rest of the materials are ground by a rod mill, and the 0-5mm materials are washed by a sand washer to remove soil, impurities and moisture, and used as high-standard machine-made sand.
